Day 1 Arrival Beijing

Arrive in Beijing, the Capital city of China, your local guide will meet you at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.

Day 2 Beijing

Tian'anmen Square, Forbidden City, Jingshan Park, Houhai

Depart from your hotel, you will enjoy your today’s visit covering Tian'anmen Square, the World's largest urban square and the Forbidden City, the largest and most complete ancient imperial palace in the world. After that, take a panorama view of the imperial palace in Jingshan Park. And then, drive to Back Lakes (Houhai), the marvelous place to discover the history of Beijing City and the endless charm. On the way back to hotel, we have a stop at tea store. If you desire, you can enjoy the splendid Peking Opera tonight as your optional activity. Tour finishes by dropping off at your hotel lobby.

Day 3 Beijing

Hiking tour from Jiankou Great Wall to Mutianyu Great Wall

Today, we will have an extremely great hiking tour on one of the most beautiful Great Wall section - Jiankou Section. It is popular with photographers because of its “wild” taste. Your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel and will drive you to a village called Xizaizhi at the bottom of Jiankou Great Wall. The hike along the wall will take about 4 hours, from Jiankou to Mutianyu Great Wall, and it is unlikely you will meet any other tourists along the way. Although the Wall follows the mountain crest, it is gently undulating and, although there are areas of disrepair to be navigated with care, it is fairly-easy hiking.

Day 4 Beijing

Panda Zoo, Yonghe Palace, Summer Palace

Meet at the hotel lobby and transfer to visit the Panda House of Beijing Zoo directly. You will have chance to see the adorable giant pandas in the morning. Then we will move to visit Yonghe Palace  a Tibetan style palace , which is really rare in Beijing. Lunch is arranged at local restaurant, enjoy the delicious local food and having a break at noon time. In the afternoon, we will enjoy a relaxing tour at the Summer Palace, a magnificent imperial garden in China. Then drive back to hotel before a shopping time at pearl market. You can discuss with your local guide about night entertainment. He or she will give you good suggestion. For example, an optional show Chinese Kungfu Show in Red Theater is a good choice tonight if you are itnerested in Chinese culture.

Day 5 Beijing

Temple of Heaven, Hutong booking and market exploring, Qianmen Street

Today is a special tour to explore the real Beijing and local life. Try the traditional breakfast for local residents. We call it Bean Soup. Visit Temple of Heaven, the World Heritage List in 1998. Besides the meaningful history, nowadays almost the local resident will do morning exercises in the square and full of vigor. You will have chance to watch Chinese Kongfu, Taichi, square dancing, etc. and get to know the real folk master there. After that, step into the Hutong nearby which is pure without any commercial atmosphere. Explore the Hutong culture and be a real Beijinger for a while. Our guide will take you to the local fruits and vegetable market for the unique experience while bargaining with the vendors. After lunch, drive directly to Qianmen Street. During the Qing Dynasty, there were many specialized outlets on either side of Qianmen Street. Besides, Dangdang Che (trams) is also worthy of being mentioned. You can spend the afternoon leisurely there.

Day 6 Departure Beijing
