- By Air: You can first fly to Zhangjiajie Hehua Airport. After arriving at the airport, you can take a taxi or a shuttle bus to the Wulingyuan Scenic Area where Tianzi Mountain is located.
- By Train: If you are in China, you can take a train to Zhangjiajie Railway Station. Then, transfer to public transportation or a taxi to reach the scenic area.
3. Tickets and Opening Hours
- Tickets: The ticket for Tianzi Mountain is included within the general admission ticket for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The park ticket is valid for four consecutive days, so you don't need to purchase an additional ticket to visit Tianzi Mountain.
- Opening Hours: The scenic area is open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm every day.
4. Main Attractions
- Helong Park: It is a garden commemorating the 90th anniversary of the birth of Marshal He Long. The bronze statue of Marshal He Long standing on a stone at the entrance is the largest bronze statue in China for the past century. From here, you can enjoy the spectacular sights of the West Sea Stone Forest, Imperial Writing Brush Peak, and Fairy Offering Flowers.
- Tianzi Pavilion: Located 200 meters east of Helong Park, it is a six-story antique building with quadruple eaves. It is not only a good place to learn about Tujia culture and local customs but also offers a broad view as it occupies the highest point of the mountain.
- Imperial Writing Brush Peak: One of the most famous attractions in Tianzi Mountain, this peak resembles an imperial writing brush standing tall and straight, showing the uncanny workmanship of nature.
- Fairy Offering Flowers: The rock formation looks like a fairy gracefully presenting a flower, adding a touch of elegance and mystery to the mountain.
- General Assembly Platform: It is said to be the place where ancient generals assembled their troops. Standing here, you can imagine the grandeur of the ancient scenes.
